- Cut halloumi into bite-sized cubes
- Coat in seasoned flour
- Heat enough oil so that cubes will be 3/4 covered
- When hot, fry halloumi for 2 - 3 minutes on each side until golden
- Serve with dips (e.g. sweet chilli, BBQ sauce)
