ingredients:
- Olive oil
- Long-length pasta
- Tuna
- Cherry tomatoes
- Garlic
- 1 fresh chilli
- Optional: capers
method:
- Start cooking the pasta
- When pasta is almost done, fry the garlic, chilli (and capers) in lots of olive oil.
- Transfer pasta to frying pan along with some of the pasta water.
- Add quartered cherry tomatoes and tuna. Stir and heat through.
- Optional: Finish with fresh herbs (basil or parseley) or pesto
notes:
- I am not yet sure on the pasta vs tuna quantities -- try it out and see.
